Ryan Ly
Senior Physiotherapist
Ryan graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). Ryan believes in the essence of client-centred care and the importance of developing likeminded future clinicians.
During his studies, Ryan worked as an allied health assistant at a major Melbourne private hospital and progressed to working full-time there as a new graduate physiotherapist.
Ryan’s experience began in the hospital rehabilitation setting, where he worked alongside a variety of Consultants from both the rehabilitation and surgical domains. He then moved on to work at a major Aged Care provider where he progressed to a Team Leader role, developing a passion for working with the elderly.
Most recently, Ryan was the department manager at a community allied health company further developing his passion for mentoring clinicians.
Ryan speaks conversational level Cantonese and Mandarin, which he has found helps bridge the gap with the Chinese community.
Outside of the work you will find Ryan training in the gym, walking his dog or making music in his home studio.
